Every JSW Marine Industrial Services engagement begins with a documented Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and a site-specific safety plan. Our safety management system covers hazard identification, PPE requirements, confined space protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and emergency response.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for safety shortcuts. Our supervisors are empowered to stop work at any time when conditions do not meet our safety standards — regardless of schedule pressure. This is not a policy statement. It is how we operate on every vessel, every day.
